HISTORY & FACILITIES »

Mrs. Esther Bryman had a vision. The result was the creation of a school facility designed for the training of students in the healthcare and business fields.
Bryman College first opened its doors in 1962 as the Los Angeles Colleges of Medical and Dental Assistants. The National Education Corporation obtained the schools in 1975 and subsequently changed the name to National Education Center - Bryman Campus.
Bryman College - Torrance offered its first class in 1994. The campus was designed to provide high quality entry-level training to meet the needs of the medical community. Corinthian Schools, Inc. acquired the school in 2000, and it joined the Bryman family.
Corinthian Schools, Inc. is a division of Corinthian Colleges, lnc. (CCi). Corinthian Colleges, Inc. is one of the largest postsecondary school organizations in the United States, operating more than 80 colleges and institutions across the country.
Bryman College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).
Campus Location Jared S. Torrance, a real estate developer, founded the city of Torrance in 1911. He wanted to build a planned residential and industrial community.
